After the first day in the dressage competition for the pairs Gerald Rössler (Austria) is in the lead with 42,53 penalty points. In second position is the German champion Lars Schwitte with 43,42. The best Dutch result was scored by Tom Engbers, who started last and scored 48,79. He is in fifth position at the moment.

Tomorrow morning at 9.00 Dutch champion Anthonie ter Harmsel will start. At 12.00 all the pairs will have driven their test. After that the Para Equestrian drivers will start, followed by the four in hand. Today seven horses came back for the veterinary inspection and were ‘fit to compete’.
